Positions for which we may have openings include:

Client Care Receptionists

Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering non-medical questions, scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, setting up new clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of medical records, admitting and checking out clients, over the counter sales, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, filing, and front office and reception area maintenance. Receptionists have the responsibility of acquiring the information necessary for the doctors to provide the best possible medicine to our patient.
Busy six Doctor practice seeking a receptionist with Avimark experience. Part-time 15- 25 hours per week. Must be customer service oriented. Please send Resume to midland@nvanet.com, no phone calls please.

Veterinary Technicians and Assistants

Technicians and Assistants are responsible for assisting the doctors in procedures and surgery, daily nursing care of hospitalized patients, laboratory procedures, radiology, some client communication, filling prescriptions under doctors orders, operation and maintenance of instruments and equipment, inventory, ordering drugs and supplies, and maintenance of the OSHA and Hazardous Materials programs. These positions can be full time or part time but often include some weekend hours.

Kennel Care and Facilities Mainenance

Ward personnel are responsible for basic non-medical pet care such as feeding, watering, walks, general observation of well-being, waste disposal, bathing, cleaning pet care areas, and laundry. Facilities Maintenance is primarily cleaning and sanitizing the clinic to make it safe and clean for all pets. This includes mopping, dusting, bathrooms, windows, counters. This position is usually evenings and weekends.
Kennel Care/Janitorial needed part time 10-15 hours per week. Evenings and alternating weekends a must. Applications available or send Resume, no calls please.
